I greatly enjoyed the room on level 1, the bed was comfy. Beautiful and particularly good location in Malcesine old town, met every demand.

Location really close to the pier as well as a nice beach. Central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in the room and the comfy bed...

This friendly family run hotel offers lots of tastefully decorated rooms. Magnificent and incredible location close to city attractions, you can walk everywhere. The restaurant serves DELICIOUS Italian food.

The location was great, only a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval castle. the staff was superbly friendly and courteous at all times. - the room was nicely decorated and incredibly comfortable, with a balcony.

All the staff was very helpful, solved my issues. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a great selection of different options. The hotel was in a magnificent and absolutely incredible location, right on the shore. Had a very pleasant stay on holidays, it met needs.

had a great stopover in malcesine, and Europa surpassed expectations. loved the friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, and beautiful lake views. would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, with a clean hotel and good facilities. The location was fantastic, right on the lake side with a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was satisfying and the indoor and outdoor dining areas were lovely.

The views from our room were amazing - with beautiful water and mountain scenery. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location next to Lake Garda was perfect - just a short walk to town. The beds were really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. a great experience!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view of the lake from the terrace was breathtaking. The location was perfect as I could easily access the city attractions and it was right on the lake. The hotel facilities were clean, modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on the lake with a beautiful view. I could easily access the beach and enjoy the sun loungers provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Staying in a hotel that promises to be 4-stars, one would expect luxury amenities and room quality. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver that. However, the location right on the lake was the one redeeming feature of this lackluster establishment. the breakfast was decent, and the outdoor dining area was lovely.

The lack of air conditioning was a major problem, making sleep almost impossible in the summer heat.

The hotel has a great lakeside location with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. We particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast and the fresh towels provided daily in our room.

The pool and hot tub areas were outdated and not up to our expectations. The hot tub was not hot at all, and we were disappointed as we had been looking forward to relaxing in it after a long drive.

The staff helped me return my forgotten belongings on my first stay. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. Ideal for my business trips.

I recently stayed at Europa in a beautiful location next to lake Garda. The hotel, owned and run by a friendly hotelier family, was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony with stunning views and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food at the hotel was delicious and the final bill was reasonable without any surprises. it was a wonderful experience.
